The initial hypnotherapy consultation is free of charge. During this call, I will ask a few questions about you and explain a bit more about solution focused hypnotherapy along with some basic neuroscience.
If you decide to book some sessions, we will agree the next steps or you can have some time to think about your decision.
You will be expected to commit to regular sessions, usually one per week, conducted online via Zoom. The number of sessions required will be discussed during the hypnotherapy consultation and can be customized to fit your needs.
